cuando damos tiempo para que el cuerpo de la mujer y el bebé trabajen en equipo durante el parto, cuando en vez de poner limites de horarios para dilatar, expulsar, alumbrar, amamantar, etcétera, nos limitamos a contener y acompañar a la nueva madre durante su proceso, le damos confianza, sin invadir, entonces los resultados son impecables. el cuerpo materno se encarga de generar las hormonas necesarias para lo que sigue: enamorarse de su cachorro y protegerlo, contraer el utero, producir leche, y en el bebé también se producen una secreción de hormonas necesarias para adaptarse al nuevo entorno, para respirar por primera vez, para regular su temperatura al lado de su madre, y estar alerta para buscar el pecho guiado por el olor, el color,el calor y alimentarse, para luego caer rendido en sueño a reponerse de tan intenso viaje. para lograr esta maravilla, necesitamos estar con todos los sentidos y el corazon bien abiertos. No interrumpamos este proceso con intervenciones innecesarias.
