Project to Humanize Childbirth/ Proyecto para humanizar el nacimiento

we've been talking about changing Birth in our culture from Pam England's blog and here is a wonderful example how brazilian OB/Gyn Melania Amorin has enough wisdom to open eyes, ears and heart to learn from traditional midwifery and making a beautiful combination between modern and ancient knowledge. The result... a huge difference!!. More harmonic childbirth, less c-section, less interventions, healthier mothers and babies, more respect to nature, less PPD, better bonding among mother and baby, better start of lactation, and the best of all, a new generation of Health practitioners, wiser, more humane, and more satisfied with their work and their results. and commited to change the birth in our culture.
We don´t need so much technology or so much money, just knowledge, love and respect.

Now, is our turn to multiply this. share it,  demand it. it is possible and is a reality.

hemos estado hablando acerca de cambiar de nacimiento en nuestra cultura y aquí hay un ejemplo maravilloso cómo la Obstetra y ginecologa brasileña Melania Amorin tiene sabiduría suficiente para abrir los ojos, oídos y corazón para aprender de la partería tradicional y la mezcla con la práctica hospitalaria para crear una hermosa combinación entre el conocimiento moderno y antiguo.
