This is a awesome documental of childbirth. However I don´t agree with the hospital routines during the labor and childbirth. having woman restrained in a bed without moving is painful for her and more difficult for the baby since the space is reduced in supine position
would be better to let the mother mover, walk during  labor and pushing in a vertical position.
